We are currently hiring for the following positions:
On-Call Part-Time Landscaping Team Member (W-2)
We are looking to add to our small pool of reliable, on-call W-2 employees to support our landscaping team as work becomes available. This role is part-time with variable hours and no guaranteed weekly schedule and is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, supplemental income rather than a fixed schedule.
This position is W-2 and includes workers’ compensation and liability coverage.
How This Role Works
Shifts are offered as needed via text
You may accept or decline shifts based on your availability
Most shifts are scheduled 1–7 days in advance
Hours vary week to week and are not guaranteed
Duties
Perform tasks related to construction of new landscapes and modification of existing landscapes
Landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
(No mowing or grass cutting required)
Travel to residential job sites throughout Pinellas County using personal transportation
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between job sites and job-related errands
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift 30–40 pounds
Ability to safely perform job duties in hot and humid conditions
We prioritize safety and provide appropriate breaks, hydration guidance, and heat-awareness practices
Tool Use
This role may require the use of basic personal tools, such as hand tools and light power equipment. Employees who use approved personal tools for work duties will receive a per-shift tool reimbursement.

Ability to respond promptly to shift offers
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must be legally eligible for W-2 employment and able to present a valid photo ID and Social Security card
Ability to meet the physical requirements listed above
