We are currently hiring for the following positions:
On-Call Part-Time Landscaping Team Member (W-2)
We are looking to add to our small pool of reliable, on-call W-2 employees to support our landscaping team as work becomes available. This role is part-time with variable hours and no guaranteed weekly schedule and is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, supplemental income rather than a fixed schedule. No experience required.
This position is ideal for students. We support furthering education and we will gladly work around your schedule.
This position is also ideal for those with part-time employment at night and seeking supplemental income during the day.
This position is W-2 and includes workers’ compensation and liability coverage.
How This Role Works
You will text your availability on Sunday for the upcoming week
We will offer shifts to you for the upcoming week based on your availability and our needs
Shifts must be accepted or declined on Sunday by text
Hours vary week to week and are not guaranteed
Duties
Perform tasks related to construction of new landscapes and modification of existing landscapes
Landscape maintenance and groundskeeping, including weeding
(No mowing or grass cutting required)
Travel to residential job sites throughout Pinellas County using personal transportation
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between job sites and job-related errands
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift 30–40 pounds
Ability to safely perform job duties in hot and humid conditions
We prioritize safety and provide appropriate breaks, hydration guidance, and heat-awareness practices
Requirements
Your own reliable transportation to travel between jobsites and to breaks
Ability to send availability for the week on Sunday and respond promptly to shift offers
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must be legally eligible for W-2 employment and able to present a valid photo ID and Social Security card
Ability to meet the physical requirements listed above
