Our design service gives you a clear, buildable plan tailored to your property, your goals, and Florida’s conditions. We focus on real-world functionality, plant selection, and layout so everything works when it is time to install.

Whether you are starting from scratch or already have ideas or a design, we turn it into something that can actually be built.

Our Custom Design Package Includes:

  • Consultation


    In-person or virtual consultation with our lead horticultural expert and designer to understand your space, goals, budget, and overall direction

  • Site-Specific Design Plan


    A to-scale overhead layout showing plantings, layout, and key landscape features

  • Horticultural Plant Selection


    Plants selected by a local expert based on sun exposure, soil conditions, and long-term success

  • Plant and Materials Guide


    A clear legend with real-life photos and details for everything included in the design

  • Optional 3D Renderings

    If you would like to see your space before it is built, 3D renderings are available as an add-on. These provide a realistic view of your design from multiple angles and can help you feel more confident moving forward.

  • Revisions


    Up to two revisions to refine the plan (additional revisions available)

  • Installation Estimate


    If Gardens Earth & Water completes your installation, 20% of the design fee is credited toward the project
